Intuitive Coaching session + Reiki
You are welcome to book individual 'self guided' sessions where we work at your own pace. You can also add more sessions onto packages. As we move through the coaching my main goal is to assist you in living a life of authenticity and purpose. With love and compassion I hope to always help you set and reach goals that are based on your heart's truest desires. In this session expect guided meditation, Reiki to connect to your energy and receive guidance, and then followed by an Intuitive Coaching session.

This is a three session jump start where we blend Intuitive Coaching with Reiki to help you make energetic shifts to start the inner and outer work that will clear the obstacles that are inhibiting your true self expression.
