Learn Reiki in a way that honours the traditional Usui Reiki lineage while also helping you deepen your intuition, self-trust, presence, and ability to work with energy in a grounded way.
This training offers both the structure and foundations of traditional Reiki and the space to begin trusting what you sense, feel, and intuitively know.
With a maximum of 8 students per training, these courses are intentionally kept small to allow time for questions, hands-on practice, personal guidance, reflection, and integration.
Reiki isn't about doing it perfectly. It is about becoming present enough to listen, trust, and allow the energy to flow.
Reiki Level 1
Saturday, September 12, 2026
9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Prerequisites: None. Level 1 is open to anyone who feels called to learn Reiki. You do not need previous experience with Reiki, meditation, yoga, or energy work.
Level 1 focuses on:
- The history and foundations of Usui Reiki
- Reiki principles and lineage
- Understanding Reiki energy
- Traditional Reiki hand positions
- Self-Reiki and personal healing
- Learning to sense and work with energy safely
- Grounding and energetic awareness
- Developing trust in what you feel and sense
- Offering Reiki to friends and family
- Ethics, boundaries, and consent
- Beginning to strengthen your intuition
- Guided hands-on Reiki practice

Reiki Level 2

Prerequisite: Completion of Usui Reiki Level 1. Students completing Level 1 with Shelley on September 12 may continue directly into Level 2 the following day. If you have previously completed Reiki Level 1 with another Reiki teacher, you are welcome to inquire about joining Level 2.
Level 2 focuses on:
- Deepening your relationship with Reiki
- Traditional Usui Reiki symbols
- How and when to work with Reiki symbols
- Emotional and mental Reiki
- Distance Reiki
- Offering a complete Reiki session
- Deepening energetic awareness
- Strengthening intuition and discernment
- Trusting what you sense without forcing or interpreting
- Practitioner ethics and consent
- Building confidence when working with others
You will receive:
- Reiki Level 2 Attunement
- Reiki Level 2 symbols and teachings
- Guided hands-on practice
- Reiki Level 2 training materials
- Usui Reiki Level 2 Certificate of Completion

Students wishing to complete both levels may attend the full weekend.

Your Reiki Teacher
Shelley Hoffos — Reiki Master Practitioner & Teacher
Shelley has been practicing Reiki for over 8 years and teaches within the Usui Reiki lineage.
Her approach combines traditional Reiki teachings with intuitive awareness, grounding, nervous-system safety, consent-based energy work, and learning to trust your own experience with energy.
Rather than teaching students to depend on someone else to tell them what they are sensing, Shelley encourages students to develop their own relationship with Reiki and strengthen their confidence and intuition through practice.
Class Size
Maximum 8 students per level.
Keeping the group small creates a more personal learning environment and gives each student space for questions, individual support, hands-on practice, attunements, reflection, and integration.

You do not need to plan on becoming a Reiki practitioner to take this training. Many students begin Reiki simply because they feel called to learn it for themselves.

Usui Reiki Level 3 — Master Practitioner Training

One-day immersion, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM · Investment: $395
Usui Reiki Level 3 is a profound deepening of your Reiki journey — an invitation to move beyond practice and into embodiment.
At this level, you begin to walk more fully as a Reiki Master, not from a place of having all the answers, but from a place of grounded presence, trust, and connection.
Throughout this one-day, immersive training, you will receive your Master Level attunement and be guided through advanced practices, intuitive development, and integration work.
This training is designed for those who feel called to:
- Deepen their connection to Reiki energy
- Strengthen their intuition and energetic awareness
- Expand their ability to hold space for others
- Integrate Reiki more fully into their life and/or professional practice
- Explore the path of teaching or mentorship (optional)
This is a small, intimate training space to support your growth at a deeper level. This is not just a training — it is a personal and energetic evolution.
Prerequisite: Reiki Level 2 Certification
Cancellation Policy
Your registration secures one of a limited number of spaces in the Reiki training and allows time for preparation, materials, and planning for each student.
Cancellation more than 14 days before the training: payment may be transferred to a future Reiki training or refunded, less a $50 administrative fee.
Cancellation within 14 days of the training: payments are non-refundable, but may be transferred one time to a future Reiki training with Shelley, provided notice is given before the training begins.
Cancellation within 48 hours or no-show: payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you are registered for both Level 1 + Level 2 and are unable to attend one of the training days, the cancellation policy applies to the individual level missed.
If the training is cancelled or rescheduled by Shelley, participants may choose to transfer their registration to the new date or receive a full refund for the affected training.
Because Reiki training includes attunement, guided practice, and certification requirements, attendance for the full scheduled training day is required to receive certification of completion.
