200hr Yoga Teacher Training - Fall 2026

with Stacie Tappen & Shelley Hoffos

Yoga is much more than a physical practice. It’s a path to becoming a better human, embodying qualities like empathy, self-compassion, resilience, and mindfulness. Rooted in ancient wisdom, yoga guides you toward a more balanced and authentic life, helping you live with inspired intention and a deeper connection to yourself and the world around you.

In this transformative 200-hour yoga teacher training, we invite you to explore the depths of your heart and the power of compassion through vinyasa flow. With breath and movement as your guide, you’ll integrate yoga’s teachings with modern science, cultivating a deeper sense of connection, empathy, and purpose both on and off the mat.

On this journey, you’ll learn to transform self-judgment into self-love and acceptance while gaining the tools to create a nurturing, inclusive environment for your students. We’ll explore the philosophy of yoga, its ethical principles, and how they can guide you in living with balance and integrity in today’s world. By connecting to your true nature, you will align with the creative freedom to inspire and support others.

This deeply enriched program is open to all levels—whether you’re an aspiring teacher or a curious practitioner.

300hr Advanced Yoga Teacher Training

with Michele Theoret

Just as there is no “one size fits all” yoga practice, we believe that each teacher is unique in their offerings and it is our goal to create a program that awakens these talents, empowering teachers to find their own voice and style. Our programs combine modern concepts based on psychology, trauma-sensitive protocols, biomechanics, and modern movement paradigms.
We encourage students to ask intelligent questions, determine context and applicability, work synergistically within modern health care paradigms, and most importantly create their own style based in both tradition and innovation.

Michele Theoret brings over 20 years of yoga teaching experience, professional training in personal training and group fitness instruction, a Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science, Masters of Science in Natural Health Sciences, and Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology. As a psychologist and yoga teacher Michele prides herself in meeting each student where they are at and supporting them through both education and practical experience. Michele has studied in many yoga and mediation traditions and integrates these teachings with her formal education in exercise science and psychology.

40-Hour Restorative Yoga Teacher Training

with Dani Tarini

October 22–25 + November 22, 2026

Restorative yoga is often described as the practice of slowing down, but slowing down isn’t always simple. Rest can feel unfamiliar, vulnerable, or even activating, making restorative yoga one of the more nuanced practices to teach well.

Rooted in a nervous-system-first approach, this 40-hour training explores how to support genuine rest while meeting real people and real nervous systems where they are. Together, we’ll explore intentional support and prop use, restorative sequencing, the relationship between restorative yoga, yin and yoga nidra, trauma-aware language and pacing, consent, and the art of creating spaces that support regulation without forcing stillness.

The training includes an in-person and online learning weekend, practicum hours, and a follow-up integration session on November 22. It is open to yoga teachers, wellness professionals, and dedicated practitioners, and may be applied toward Yoga Alliance Continuing Education hours.

Early Bird: $749 + GST until September 22. Regular: $875 + GST.

40-Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training

with Dani Tarini

New training dates coming soon.

Deepen your understanding of traditional Yin Yoga through a grounded, accessible, and nervous-system-aware approach.

This 40-hour training explores the foundations and philosophy of Yin Yoga, functional anatomy and fascia, posture clinics and variations, energetics and seasonal practice, sequencing, and trauma-informed teaching. Through both theory and experiential practice, teachers will develop the knowledge and confidence to offer Yin in a way that honours individual bodies, encourages choice, and stays rooted in the foundations of the practice.

Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra will also be woven into the training, offering opportunities for integration while exploring the important distinctions between these practices and Yin Yoga.

Designed primarily for yoga teachers looking to deepen their practice and teaching, this training is eligible for Yoga Alliance Continuing Education hours. Dedicated practitioners and professionals in related movement and body-based fields may also participate for personal or professional development, with a certificate of participation available where applicable.
