One-on-One Sessions
Build a Strong foundation
New to yoga, or need a refresher? A one-on-one session provides a safe, supportive space to explore techniques of alignment and breath. Working at your own pace with the guidance of a skilled teacher, you’ll build a strong foundation for a safe, effective heart-centered practice that prepares you to fluidly transition from pose to pose. Looking to master a certain skill, or better tailor your practice to support your personal journey? With a one-on-one session, we will explore specific asana – and harness the power of pranayama, meditation and asana to strengthen your body, soothe your mind and nurture your soul. Taking the time to build your yoga practice specific to your needs. |
Yoga + Reiki session (1Hr 15min)
This session takes the private yoga session one step further and offers more healing energy infused into the session. We start with a 45min yoga practice is a private studio, then head to the Reiki room for a 30min Reiki session. Reiki assists in shifting your energetic vibration so that you feel more balanced, motivated to make positive changes in your life, and more spiritually awake.

Yoga + Sound Bath
Enjoy a private 45 minute yoga session, which is then followed with a 30min healing sound bath session. The Yoga session can be structured around your needs, and then settle into savasana with the healing vibrations of singing bowls. Taking a sound bath is taking a holistic approach to relaxation and healing. It can be the perfect escape from the modern stresses of life.

Group sessions
Small groups of 2-4 people. This is where yoga can get creative! Are you looking for a more personal setting with friends to explore your yoga practice? Fun, relaxed or a focus on alignment? There are endless possibilities when it comes to designing your own yoga practice. We can also explore partner yoga, yoga + reiki, yoga + sound bath or flow and restorative. Tailored to your needs and a great option for spending time with friends.
